Sweet red wine is ideal to pair with a brownie.
- Place the butter and chopped chocolate in a pan, and bring them to a very low heat. Cover it and leave it for about 5 minutes without touching.
- Remove from heat and stir the ingredients until everything is melted and integrated.
- Beat 2 eggs with sugar until they are very white, this is key for the homemade brownie to be very moist.
- Add the melted chocolate and beat until it is integrated. Add the chopped walnuts.
- Add the sifted 0000 flour in two parts and integrate everything. It’s important to beat hard before transferring the chocolate brownie to the mold.
- Place on a tray and bake in a hot oven (200-220°) for 20 minutes.
