Santa Julia Winery was one of the first wineries to explore growing Viognier vines in Mendoza. This variety, most popular in the Rhône valley, France, was introduced in Argentina in 1993. Very fragrant, Viognier’s main descriptor is its floral scent, which results in a wine with well-balanced acidity and crispness.
