- Cut a little hat off 4 oranges or grapefruits and remove the pulp
- Blend and mix with 4 mint or basil leaves, 4 tablespoons of honey, and 400 grams of natural yogurt.
- Optional chocolate on top. You will use about 50 grams and simply chop it.
- Fill the fruit shells. Sprinkle with the chopped chocolate and put in the freezer for several hours
