Picnic in
the gardens
A proposal to have lunch in Casa del Visitante gardens and enjoy a picnic with several options to share with our natural wines.
We started with homemade bread with local cheese tasting, accompanied with apple and quince chutney, homemade bacon served with spiced honey and crunchy nuts and a rabbit terrine with old mustard and homemade pickles.
To finish, homemade vegetable and goat stew served with a mushroom and spinach calzone.
For dessert, homemade berlinsa with dulce de leche sauce and green lemon tart with whipped cream.

Regional Menu
Welcoming: beet chutney accompanied by a bread basket with focaccia, rye bread and sourdough bread baked in the oven.
Starter: La Chacha empanadas, meat empanadas with olives and egg, another one with fontina cheese, mozzarella and blue cheese and the last one with pumpkin, ricotta cheese and onion. All accompanied by a homemade tomato sauce.
And the fireworks display begins. ….
First course: pork matambre, homemade chorizo and goat accompanied by mushroom salad baked in a clay oven with provenzal and a mix of greens with a burnt orange vinaigrette and crispy onion.
Second course: steak eye served with pie potatoes and egg mollet; and grilled green onions with homemade seed hummus.
Dessert: our trolley of local cheeses and homemade sweets accompanied with a warm prune cake with Arauco olive oil ice cream and homemade flan.
Finally, cafeteria service with petit fours and, as a sweet option, a homemade cake …. if the customer wishes!
